This is our third short movie in our series, taking a look back at the Bermuda of yesteryear. Rare colour footage of Gombeys coming down Pitt's Bay Road and then up in the Cavendish Heights area. This one goes back to 1949 - 67 years ago, even before Bermuda Optical Co. existed. William Coltman, when he filmed this, was still working at Astwood Dickinson's as an Optometrist.
